A herd of wild horses grazing on the glade of a very impassable Suva mountain, some 50km. east of Nis in Serbia on 16. September 2016. For centuries ago, in villages on this Suva mountain, there were extremely many tamed horses and the whole area was famous for a great number of these horses. Later, people started moving to other places, so they let the horses into the wilderness. Spending much time there, the horses became wild and that is how you can see a herd of wild horses on Suva mountain which is almost uninhabited nowadays. Horses have been reproduced for years in the wilderness so this herd now consists of a few dozens of horses. Nobody takes care of them and it is very difficult to reach this herd, very rare in Serbia.
